School Board Vote Allows Fresh Start

On Tuesday night the ISD 318 School Board voted No on a motion to sponsor Eagleview as a charter. It was disappointing to not have a sponsor set for a fall '07 opening. Making a decision now, with assurances to keep Eagleview open and not hinder our pursuit of another sponsor, will put us in a better position in the long run. It will be far easier to explain how we are different, and better, than other area schools if we are not affiliated with a regular public school district.
