What do Bev Moon and Tom Kallio have in common? (Besides their membership in the Eagleview Community Foundation)

In preparing the halls for painting this weekend the VFW "Scholarship, Attendance and Citizenship" award plaque was taken down and we got a good look at the engraved names. The brass plates honored one "graduating" boy and girl beginning in 1956 and ending in 1981. Bev Moon (Kalroos) was honored in 1957, Tom Kallio was a 1981 award winner.
